“Akademicheckiy” is a high scaled residential development and requires monitoring of issue resolution within the shortest time possible. As usual, state technical inspections and handover takes lots of time. The task was to improve these procedures and make them more transparent and less time- and labour-consuming.
After PlotPad implementation we eliminated the problem of overdue issue resolution at all construction stages. Thanks to immediate registration and updates of found issues the management decisions were made quickly. Plotpad was a useful instrument to control quality and carry out handover procedures faster.
