Before using this software for construction management automation, we faced several problems. Issue discussion and approval required face-to-face meetings. That slowed down decision-making and the construction progress. Moreover, all documentation was submitted in handwritten form and scanned copies were sent to contractors by e-mails. It was difficult to control construction progress.
Due to PlotPad, requests for project changes are promptly sent to the contractor. The use of a digital signature significantly saves time spent on issue assignment and documentation approval. Also we like the library organization in the solution. Different specialists have access to certain documents because all the rights / roles are easily adjusted. As a result, we have made project management more efficient and reduced expenses.
